    Update from 2006
UPDATE : If you want to update SalsaJ, you can download the file "salsaj_1.x.jar". Rename it to "salsaj.jar" and replace the JAR file in the SalsaJ directory by this new one .

    Last update on 20.09.2006

    All platforms : salsaj_1.3

UPDATE : New Webcam Plugin with full control of webcam's amplifier.  In webcams modified according to the SC2 standard it allows keep the amplifier off before and during exposure and to turn it on only during chip readout, eliminating the "hot corner" effect.  Just replace old "Webcam" plugin with the plugins directory .
    Last update on 18.11.2007

    All platforms : webcam-0.319

    USB-LPT converter

In order to circumvent problem that modern laptops do not have LPT ports, necessary to control long exposure webcams, we have manufactured special USB-LPT converter (standard converters don't do the job) and new version of SalsaJ . Together, converter with new SalsaJ allow to control webcam through 2 USB ports. Note that the USB-LPT converter works only with Windows operating system, see also detailed description and installation guide

Schools participating in the project should contact national coordinators, others are invited to contact the Astrokrak internet store at http://www.euhou.net/astrokrak@astrokrak.pl
